Personal background
Hi! I am from Spain, quite a big country for the European Standard, but very small if you look at it with American Eyes. My country has a past of scientific curiosity and exploring reputation, but both 19th and 20th centuries have seen it slow down and almost disappear... That is what I regret the most about being Spanish, though I hope to see that attitude change.

There isn't very much I can say about myself. I am a 27 y.o. Psychologist. With some hobbies that do not fit in my culture: Space, Computers, Internet... Not even my girlfriend shares none of these, but that doesn'r make me love her a little less than I do.

I always welcome new comments about Seti@Home or any other things. You can find me at jteram@hotmail.com.

See you around!

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think I've always been interested in Space. I was about 10 years old when my parents took me to the cinema. The movie: Star Trek II. Every day since then I've tried to learn as much as I can about astronomy, phisics, but always thinking about Space.

As time went by, I learned how difficult it was to find people like Klingons or Capt. Spock, so I recently thought a good idea to make everything I can so people living in the 23rd Century can see that a little easier...

I believe Seti@Home is a good way of searching for new life, though it's not The Way. I am sure that new paths will be opened, and that we'll be there to walk them. Good luck in our search.
