| I'm from Northern California and I currently attend the University of the Pacific. I am 20 years old. I study International Relations and French. I will study abroad next year in Sénégal, West Africa. I also have a part-time job on campus. I love to read fantasy/sci-fi books, watch movies, listen to all kinds of music (my fav artist is Ben Harper), and swim. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I think that there is a great possibility that extraterrestrial life exists. I have no idea when it will be discovered though. This possibility has its benefits and dangers. But I am someone who naively beleive these e.t.s will be friendlly. I only hope people on this world would be friendly. A transmit beacon should be sent for others to find. Information about our world and its people should be included. I run SETI becuase I woudl liek to help with the search in any way possible, since I am obviously no scientist. I think SETI is a great idea and I wish it was given more funds from the government. |
