[English]I am a brazilian electrical engineer, very found of progressive rock music, internet, movies and, most recently, DVDs. I am a proud father of two wonderful kids: Celso and Cássia. I was born in São Paulo/SP and presently live and work in Sorocaba/SP, 80km away in the countryside.

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1.- Of course it exists, we are not alone in the universe! I guess we will have our first close encounter within the next 10 years, that is, they´ll come to us. Within the possible benefits, I hope, will be the cure for many health problems from which we suffer and perish. The dangers, if any, will be the end of our mutual differences.
2.- Sure, a beacon with information concerning our location and desire to contact other people from outerspace should be transmitted.
2.- I proudly run SETI@home because I want to be part of the effort to find extraterrestrial life, that is why it is always running in my PC. |
