Someone out there is trying different methods of contact. They will use the electromagnetic band. They will be like us-humanoid for the simple reason that biologic intelligence will always follow a natural imperative. Like a soap bubble being basic yet it follows a natural imperative to be successful. No we will not be communicating with alge in some gas giant or big lizzards.
Boinc software doesnt run as well as the old seti at home softeware, kind of glitchy. Seems to be having trouble initializing and picking up project data. Am running win xp pro on an abit nf7 board, 1 gig of ram ,xp 3000+ processor, a 60 gig and 250 gig hd's. connection is cable. plenty of computer here but boinc wont kick in. |
