I'm an avid amateur astronomer. My love for astronomy started as a young boy and has persisted for 34 years. I currently own a C8 and a Meade 6" reflector.
Athough I'm an insurance executive, I try not to let work interfere with my hobby, as astronomy has to be the grandest hobby anyone could imagine. |

I am as ceratin that extraterrestials exist as I'm sitting right now typing on my desktop. We have just begun the gratest journey of dicovery humankind has ever undertaken, a journey that will change our lives and the way we percieve our Universe forever, and it is just a matter of time, most likely in our lifetime. To borrow from a line in the movie Contact, if we were alone in the vastness of the Universe, it would be "A terrible waste of space".
I feel exalted that through Seti@Home, we can contribute on an individual basis to this great undertaking, and be able to participate on this great first steps to find the ultimate truth about Et's. Thank you SETI.
