| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I have a strong belief that other life exists in our universe. What kind of life and will we be able to communicate, who knows? But if it is possible we as an intelligent life form should make an attept to find out if we are alone or are part of a greater community.
I believe that Project SETI is a wonderful idea. It provides people such as myself the opportunity to participate in space exploration, opportunities that are usually constrained to highly trained individuals in the several fields of the science of space exploration.
The only suggestion I have is this: It would be nice if the SETI Project sent out some sort of a e-news letter to update us on facts, statistics and general information. |
