Personal background
Hi Everyone,
Just a average guy, but was in charge of the North Range Area of White Sands Missile Range in the 70's. Wish I could tell you all that I saw some really strange things while was there but sorry, nothing to tell.
Do I believe? Yes I do as many others in the world. To me the concept that we are the only thinking life in the whole universe is pretty narrow thinking.
Someday our time will come, life out there will make itself known to us and the world as we know it will change from night to day.
Keep listening, keep processing the information and keep on line.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
As I stated earlier I do believe that other life exists and we shall not discover it before it finds us. The meeting will not be a chance one, we are and have been broadcasting for years and those signals are bound to be picked up and just as we they may send a beacon for us to hear. That is why I enjoy being in the SETI@HOME project. When I first heard about the project and how they wanted to use home computers to process the data I knew that the chance of us hearing a signal and that the data would not be lost was by far a greater possibility. Tell your friends and neighbors to join us and to help us.
