I'm a 29 year old, black male that travels the US on a regular basis. I drive 18 wheelers. In my spare time, I practice html programming by hosting my website at GameDayDog.com. I'm also an avid photographer & I enjoy keeping track of celestial events. I keep a telescope in my truck because I often stop in places away from city lights which makes for excellent star gazing. It's fair to say I'm into astronomy. But I have to admit, if it's not the moon, I don't know what I'm looking at. hahaha... I've been a big time sci-fi fan and enjoy everything dealing with extra-terrestials. Like the movie - Contact - I do believe that we aren't the only beings in the universe... & if we are.. then it's a great waste of space. However, I don't thynk that the majority of Earth's citizens would be prepared to be contacted by "Aliens". Let's just hope I'm wrong... Meanwhile... It's great to be a part of a wonderful research experiment...

I believe extraterrestrial life definitely exists or else it will seem a great waste of space. If humans discover it, I believe it would be due to aliens contacting us. They may in fact, be doing so already, but we haven't figured out how to do so yet. I can't predict when this will happen, but like most of us, I hope it happens in my lifetime. Hopefully, everything will be peaceful and we don't become "lab rats" for any experiments. I've heard that anal probes hurt! (hahaha) ... The benefits could be new advances in medicine, communication, etc... Hopefully, the benefits will be made affordable to everyone but unfortunately, I'm sure a major corporation will try to profit from any technology shared with the people of our planet. I would like to think that citizens from another planet could merge and blend into our regular lives. However, to realize that dream, it would be nice to see all humans interact peacefully without the racism & hatred directed to citizens of different ethnic backgrounds. If having a neighbor from another country bothers you, then imagine what those feelings will be like when your neighbor's from another planet. When racial & social harmonies align, then I thynk the people of this planet will be ready to interact & accept "aliens".
