| I am a computer technician and holder of a small company providing service for Mac and Linux, aged 44. I live in Bremen, an old harbor town in Germany, have two childs, and now one grandchild. Since childhood, I have always been interested in whether we have 'neighbours' or were we alone in the universe. I run SETI@Home on a single computer, a iMac, clocked at 600MHz, running often. |

At night I stand sometimes and look up at all of those white dots, trying to grasp the magnitude of their numbers, I'm drawn to the inescapable conclusion that there is other life out there. I believe that the discovery of other intelligent life would be the single greatest discovery in human history.
