| I believe that most who run SETI do not do so to seek extraterrestrial intelligence; rather, they believe that by running it, they are somehow demonstrating their own, or at least offering pretense to some form of intellectual honesty. Personally, I don't really care. It's just something else to try to beat my friends at. |
