Personal background
Hi there,
I'm a 34-year-old Salesman from Germany running my own business in music and recordings. It's a recording studio and label named "naked pig records", NPR.

In my spare time I'm playing in a few bands:

TOKEN RING (voice and keyboards)
WOW-COMPANY(.de) (background-voice and drums
HANSI BIERDO(.de) (background and drums)
PULS (-spielt-PinkFloyd.de)

Well, what else... during holidays I do some scuba-diving at places in Egypt ore somewhere in the Caribian Sea...

Oh, and after a student exchange with Canada, Saskatoon (Saskatchewan), I'm in love with that country, so when I'm not diving I might be there. By the way, this stay is the reason my friends call me "AGE" now, but that's a totally different story...

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Well, I hope E.T. does exist 'cause it makes no sense that humans are the only species in the hole wide universe. We kill each other, destroy the planet and do other terrible things that we might be stopped doing by discovering others out there... Guess we'll use our destructive abilities to kill these guys then, or at least we try to... sorry, sounds like a bad sense of humor, doesn't it?

We could exchange technology, medical abilities maybe (depends on how E.T.'s body works...), on the other hand a possible danger to us is what I wrote above...(fighting the foreigner)

I run SETI@home because I want to keep in touch with the discoveries in this sector of science. And as a little "thank you" I provide my PC's resources. And -hey- wouldn't it sound nice (?): Newsflash: E.T. discovered by Age's home computing...

keep smiling... Age
