Personal background
Background
I am 25 years of age and was born in Singapore.Currently studying in Australia majoring in Information Technology.I was still a kid when my sister first introduced to me to the world of computers. There i was in my sister's room when she was studying in uni, i saw a computer.I was so fascinated. She said "you want to play a game?" And she put on this game which i can still remember what it was...a formula 1 type game that i played for hours...

From that time onwards my interest in computers grew over time. However i did lose interest over a period of time(growing hormones) but it came back. Now i'm doing my degree in IT.

Hobbies
Well my friends always says to me...your room is like a computer lab and i would smile back at them.I love tinkering with computer parts and doing experiments. One thing for sure..if my friends have problems with their computers ,they would ask me what's wrong.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I first joined Seti@home in 1999.That time i had only 1 computer and limited internet access. The thought of me finding an existence of aliens intrigued me and the fact that most of the time the computer is not put to full use..y not contribute in the hope to find an existence of a life form in the big blue sky of ours :)
