I am 54 years old and have been involved with computers for the past 35 years - almost since the beginning!
I work in the Financial Services industry and I am the Director of Information Assurance which is a combination of Information Security and Disaster Recovery departments.
My hobbies include officiating High School, College and Semi-Professional Baseball and Basketball. I am also in the process of restoring a 1969 Ford Mustang Mach I.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Exploring the unknown has always been a pursuit of mankind. The results of this pursuit has always carried with it the possibility for both good and bad. The search for others in the universe is the natural progression of this pursuit.
I firmly believe that we are not alone and that we will someday discover 'others'.
