I am a resident of Ontario, Canada, having immigrated from the U.K. in 1975.
I have been observing and documenting anomalous light phenomena over Western Lake Ontario since 22nd March 1997.
I have videotaped numerous strange submersions and emergences of "lights" during the period since 18th April 1997. It would appear that these lights are, in some cases, associated with solid objects that do not behave as normal aircraft behave.
