| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I run SETI@home because my computer gets bored, especially when I'm playing xBox, plus it's nice to be part of something bigger. You know, when seen from space, our problems don't seem to be so big.
I think this is a cool project, maybe we'll actually meet some friendly ET someday.
I like the old version of SETI@home that didn't require us to attach a project, it was just SETI and much less complicated to setup and run. I also liked the command line version, but then I can be a bit spartan at times. |
