Personal background
Hi there, a bit about myself - I'm from the UK; Scotland to be more precise.

I finished University a few years ago and still awaiting my big break into the field of science. I've always loved science, and hence followed it through university and plan to get a job in it.

I first got a computer in my final year of university (to help with write-ups; thesis etc) and have been learning it ever since. I now see myself as an advanced computer user and still learn new things everyday.

One of my main hobbies is working on my website (although I don't always get the time), so if your interested - go check it out www.ravydavy.co.uk

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home

The following quote may be from someone else, and if it is then my regards go out to them:

"My theory on space is that its like a beach. Each grain of sand represents a planet. I do not and will not believe that there is only one single grain of sand on that beach containing intelligent life!"
