Its impossible to think we are the ONLY intelligent life forms in the universe, so i do believe that there is other intelligent life out there somewhere.
Also i think we are looking in the wrong place, we should be looking for intelligence everywhere, not just planets that have a similar atmosphere to our own.
We should transmit beacons to attract intelligence to us "intelligence attracts intelligence" |
