yes there is life out there, to think otherwise is simple vanity.
yes we should transmit a beacon, but with a careful screening process of what info should be sent. we dont want to give them a bad impression or, in the chance they are not friendly, appear weak.
I came across the seti program while doing a search for u.f.o. wallpaper and thought it was a great idea! just doing my part to help the world in the ultimate discovery.
