Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I do think extraterrestrial life exists cause you think of the size of the universe and beyond that then there's gotta be summit out there we can't be the only buggers in it can we. How and when will we discover em? hmmm well question is who will discover who or are they already here????? When will we know about them when we're ready. just look at the way governments react and you can see why they don't just pop down to earth to visit the local supermarket. I mean look at the way we react to each other, is like if someone doesn't like someone then they blow the shit out of them.... Benefits yes quite possible but how we use them when they get here and allow us them could be are biggest danger. unless they come down on us like independence day then shit best we start running. Where to is anyones guess. As for a beacon well we've be transmitting for years now. So to late it's already gone out. As for what info we should send well how about hello we're friendly (honest!!). And finally why do I run Seti Hmmm?? Well it seemed like a good idea at the time..........
