Greetings
I'm a 15 year old boy from Denmark. I downloaded Seti@Home some time ago and now I have it running in the background all the time! Normally I use my computer for games and funny programs, but Seti@Home are very welcome and I'm looking forward to the day we find the "Extraterrestrial Intelligence" that we are searching for! Then I'll say, "I helped, it could have been my computer who found it" and I'll be proud! We all work together in this, and that's what this is all about. All the computers who owner have downloaded Seti@Home are cooperating in the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence at Home!

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I am very very very sure that there exists extraterrestrial life!! And it's just a matter of time before we (the Humans, people on Earth) will find them!! I think that we will spot the extraterrestrial life (also called Aliens) from one of our space starions, and I do not think that we will be able to speak with them, becouse I think that the first extraterrestrial life we will spot will a small organism, that can't speak, can't smell, can't make funny noice's (as seen in movies) but I think that it will be able to move around. So I do not think that this little fellow will be able to harm us, or anything else, and I also think that the people on Earth (Humans) wan't care, until we find something bigger, somethung that will scare the kids, something that will give them nightmare, or somethung they can by, somthing they can play with, something they can control!
I think that we (the Humans, people on Earth) should transmit a beacon, and it should contain a map over some of the univers (everthing we have discovered) so that they (the Aliens who should be able to find it) can look at the instructions and then see how to find us!
I have installed Seti@Home becouse I wan't to help the Earth in finding new places to discover, and extraterrestrial life! |
