Hi All,
I live in Waterbury Center, Vermont, USA. Being in rural state, I can do quite a bit of stargazing since I am not near any big cities. Yes, a friend and I do claim we saw strange lights one night, but either you believe or not. I work in Vermont's granite industry and teach accounting part-time at the local community college. This year I purchased a telescope which I am beginning to get familiar with. I'm looking forward to enjoying my new found hobby of Astronomy.
I enjoy contributing my computer time to SETI, because I firmly believe there are other civilizations out there. Its only a matter of time, and I believe our countries know more than they are sharing. I recently dowloaded Google Earth and put AREA 51 in the search, and there it was, with its buildings and runways. Here in the US, were told many times in the past that Area 51 does not exist!!
My picture was taken in the summer of 2005, while I was enjoying the recreation path in Stowe, Vermont.
