| I love computers. My major in college is Computer Science, Network Administration. I am also undergoing certification for Oracle right now. And within the next couple years, I will be trying for my MCSE and many others! I also like snowboarding. I cannot wait for it to snow. I moved to Colorado, and had never been snowboarding before. Well now I can't get enough of it! |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

Of course Extra Terrestrial life exists. If it didn't, then explain all of the happenings on the planet!! I think humans will discover it when we are ready. Of course there are some people who already have discovered it, but not the way Seti is looking for. I don't believe "ET's" will be using this certain wavelength of communication, that we are searching through. But right now Who knows, certainly not us. Besides if there are planets out there that are about the same as us, it would take hundreds of years for us to even receive any transmitions. So maybe if tomorrow we find a "sign" then that just means that a couple hundred years ago, they used these frequencies to communicate.
I'm sure the other planets if they were trying to find out if we were here, they already know, and are just watchingus to find out when is the right time to show themselves. Which will be no time soon I'm sure. We are way to chaotic of a society. |
