30, work in a video production company in Lisbon. I am the Bookings Coordinator for all the post-production area. We produce corporate, TV programmes and commercials.
Interested in Earth and Planetary Sciences,computers and sci-fi.But most of all I have a dream of one day being able to share my experiences with someone else not from this world. |

In my mind I believe that life exists elsewhere... if not in our Solar system, then surely in another Galaxy. However we might not be advanced enough in our actions and attitudes to comunicate with a being from another galaxy. We are still very selfish and think only of ourselves and our motives for trying to discover life behond our planet might not be more than trying to convice ourselves that our alter ego is better than the others.
If there is advanced civilizations out there don´t you think they would have showed themselves already to all of us?? So if they didn´t it´s because we are either not ready for it yet or if they did showed themselves to representatives of our people and those representatives were selfish to the point of hiding those meetings, then maybe it´s because they have an hidden agenda behind of them and think of nothing else than taking advantage of the advanced technologies in order for them to rule and control the world in their own way.It´s who we are beings with a big alterego and selfish motives behind our actions.
I run SET@Home as part of my contribution to discover life beyond our planet and present that discovery to everone
in our society, we too are worth one day having the chance to open our hearts to new life forms. May them will bring a change in our attitudes an perspectives of how we see life and deal with the everyday problems without being selfish or have other motives other than share what we have with the new found friends. |
