Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I use SETI@home to provide semi-dormant workstations a higher purpose, rather than just polluting the electronic universe in my office with E-card adware and popups for generic Viagra. Extraterrestrial intelligence exists. There are too many good ingredients for it floating around not to. (I wonder if they get spam about enhancement drugs) Terrestrial intelligence is still up for debate.
