| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I absolutely believe extraterrestrial life exists. I mean, heck, if we exist, there's got to be a huge chance that more civilizations exist out there somewhere. I don't believe contacting extraterrestrial life would be dangerous particularly. I just don't see it very likely that a race civilized enough to communicate across space would be as barbaric as all those alien films portray. Then again, this is just my opinion. But its something I believe very deeply about.
I have four machines, and I run the SETI@home client on all of them. I'm glad to take part in this great quest. |
