Hello everyone!,
My name is Shawn Dixon I'm a 24 Y/o Computer tech, that loves anything and everything to do with technology. I have been discribed as a gizomaholic because I buy just about every electronic device I can get my hands on. (GPS, Mini disc, MP3 player etc.) I'm still taking courses towards my degree and for various certifications. So my hobbies are fairly limited.
Anyway, I think this is a very worth cause and I dont mind sharing my Comps to crunch W/U's.

I do believe that live exists outside of earth, and I really hope we make contact with in my lifetime.
I don't know if we need to send out beacons, I'm sure there is already enough noise leaving our planet for others to find.
again, I run seti because I believe it is a great project and who knows, maybe I will be the one to send in the W/U that will lead to us making contact! kinda like the lottery, you know it someone will get the winning ticket (read W/U) you just don't know who it will be.
