| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I am quite sure that, somewhere in the universe, there exists Extraterrestrial life: that's why I have decided to join the SETI project. I think it is very difficult to "grasp" some voice from the universe; yet such an enterprise deserves attention and time. In my opinion, if ETs exist (and - I repeat - I believe they exist), they will or would communicate through some light signals (it's difficult - i.e. it takes a lot of time - to send and receive sound signals). So, SETI should try to work out some light-signals transmission. |
