| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1) Yeppers, there are 100 billion stars in our galaxy, and 100 billion or
so galaxies in the Universe. Awfully hard to believe that there isn't another
civilization out there!
2) Not sure we should transmit a beacon...although we already have, with our
telecommunications efforts.
3) One of the biggets discoveries of mankind will be when we find the first
off-planet civilization. |
