Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think there are x2-illion2x2 life forms that we are unaware of, even unseen here on earth. As we actualize the end of negligence and suffering our perception begins to open to the universe’s2 species.

Yes. On beacon on! However, premature. For at first glance we appear pretty scary. Alas, this IS who we are. On beacon’s on!

If asked about our overall nature, I'd say that as individuals, we have much to offer and learn, and as a group, we are highly unevolved. My hopes are that “they” are able to see us as both individuals and a complex society. Herein lays the danger: we should only expect from them exactly what we expect from ourselves, both solo and mass. As there are many life forms, there are as many dangers.

I am excited to participate in SETI and be accounted for! Here is my unedited transmission: Love and truth eventually rise from the ashes of suffering. The inhabitants of this here planet, Earth, cause hardship in order to distinguish truth. Through longsuffering we discover that truth is kinder than we expect it to be, and so we evolve to be kinder. At the end of suffering, there is great joy and love, thereby shifting our perception to better weigh out right and wrong. Longterm evolution is what describes us best. Society is still as lazy as pond scum.
