Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I believe there is only a small chance of life out there.
Not entirely sure whether it will be intelligent or not. You only have to switch on the news and wonder whether we are actually intelligent or not!
I like the idea of SETI@home; but stats regarding the sky scan suggest it is unlikely we make the discovery by this method. They'll find us if anything.

Other life is more likely catch one of our signals, lets pray it is not the news or a soap opera.
If I was an other lifeform, I would stear well clear of this region, in fact if I was in close proximity, I would consider moving to another region of the universe.

As for you sad people out there convinced about Abductions, do one! Get a life!

Consider this...
An intelligent and advanced species comes millions of miles across the galaxy with superior technology via unimaginable velocities AND either crashes or picks up some basket case. Never an intelliget, educated official in the social ladder, but a twat. Yeah OK!

Yes we should trnsmit a beacon "DANGER, stay clear; infected with humans"

I run it for interest and sparks a few conversations up.

The colours could be changed or have settings, for personal taste, SOUND???
