| Hola! I'm Jet (I acquired this alias outside of Razzles Nite Club in a late nite drunken encouter). I'm athletic, stay outdoors and hit the nite life whenever I can. 2006 is my 4rd year @uni, I'm an airline pilot & a flight instructor with an ATPL in Daytona Beach Florida, USA. I have an Associate Degree in Airways Sc - I also recently read for a Bachelor Degree in Philosophy. After uni, I've got a number of Business Projects to work on. Among my more solid projects are an Aviation Brokerage firm, and a patent on an flight training aid (though this is a hobby business only). I've taken time off from the airline to sell foreclosure real estate in phoenix. The goal is to retire from work in a few years. |

I want contact to be made in my life time, because "I want to believe."
But it'll be a long, long time before mankind's technological n scientific "know how" to "bend" nature for contact to be initiated from our end. Further, intelligence is so narrowly defined by us that we may already have had contact but be unaware of it.
The benefits are staggering...if you have an imagination. Since there is a general consensus that science is beneficial for society (i.e. yes we like mobile fones, we like cars) the dangers will be put aside until it reality bites us in the foot (i.e. Hurricane Katrina if the conjecture is true that it is an effect of global warming). |
