Born in Portugal, living in Portugal. Traveled abroad thought, all over europe and willing to do more travelling when I get money of my own. I have the ambition of making all way round the Mediterranium Sea by motorbike or car. Hope that things at Israiel have cooled down by than.
I'm studying to became a software engineer, supporting free sftware.
I practice Taekwondo Songahm, martial art with Korean origins which helps you developing and knowing your body, improves your behaviour under stress. Mind evolution! =)
Oh and I forgot to say, I'm dying here in Portugal too, and getting buried here with my people.

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I like astronomy, I even have a telescope of my own ( a 102mm refractor - very amateur), so I've always been wondering about this kind of questions.
It is not possible to imagine the size of the universe, so huge that it is. And it's still expanding at an increadible speed. With such space, the quantity of planets is so great that the possibility of our planet being the only one with life is low! =)
Yep, ET's do exist. They can be just molecules or developed "animals". To be possible to contact someone, they would need to have a state of evolution similar to ours, or superior. Inteligence would be required to send some kind of signal fo us to ear.
There is always the risk of finding some evil ET's who'd kill us all and harvest our planet until it's death. Or not.
I run SETI@home cause it improves my sexual life. |
