I'm an Englishman, who has moved to the Netherlands to work at UMC (see groups).
I work in Radiotherapy as a LINAC engineer (looking after, maintaining and repairing the treatment machines). |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I decided to try SETI again now that I have a nice new pc (Athlon XP 1700). Just as a test of the speed - my old pc coughed and spluttered abit. I'll be reinstalling it on there, as it is still being used as a print server (always on).
There must be life out there, but whether we hit the "transmission window" in their technological development is the big unknown. |
