I joined the seti program because i wanted to contribute my idle CPU towards a worthy goal.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I believe that we will find other life forms one day but i want to accelerate this process so it may be in my life time.
Once we have found them, i dont know if we will treat them like red-indians and kill most of them or be treated like ants and get squished, but thats another project!
Suggestion:
I would like to know what rank i am on in the world with my contriubtion. I think it will give me incentive to up my rank.
