| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| If there is extraterrestrial life, then this is the best way to find it. Masses of computers looking processing information is an amazing accomplishment. There is no reason why we should not transmit a beacon to find other, we would transmit a beacon to people we are looking for on earth, so why not in other galaxies? I run Seti@home to give me someithing to do and feel that my cpu is accomplishing something useful in its dull hours. |
