Do you think extraterrestrial life exists?
Yes...
If so, when and how will humans discover it?
I don't know when, but hope it happens in my life time.
What are the possible benefits and dangers of such a discovery?
Obviously thier technology would be far more advanced than where we are currently. If the wrong people got hold of this, It could prove deadly as I don't feel that the world as a whole is ready to have responsibility's that are associated with this.
Should humans transmit a beacon for others to find?
Yes... It is one way that we can further our own technology and grow as a race (human).
Why do you run SETI@home?
I have been running Seti since April 2002 and have always wondered about life out there. I can't immagine that we are all alone in this galaxy-universe-Ect....
What are your views about the project?
I think the project is a great idea and help to find the answers to our own curiosity.
Do you think that area 51 really exists?
I don't know if "Area 51" really exists or not. But here are a few things to think about. 1) Do you really think that area 51 does exist that the government would ever really let us know about it. 2) If you don't believe that area 51 exists (or that "visitors") have not been here. How do you explain how FAST technology has grown. |
