Extraterrestrial life exist. Any dangers... yes, but I think it´s to late to think about this. We transmits radio signals since so many years, if there is someone searching... he could find us.
I hope the are friendly but I don´t think that me or my children get in contact with them... it will take a little bit more time to travel in space. And oure galaxy is big ;-)
I like the idea from a radio-beacon that other find us... now or in 10.000 years. If we exist so long....
