Hi all!!! My name is Andreas Itter, call me Andy for short! I´m 30 years old and currently live in Germany. I was born in Uitenhage/South Africa and lived there for 13 years. I´ve seen many different countries and cultures in my yet so "short" life and am therefore certain that we can´t be alone in the universe. I don´t only want to believe it ... I really o believe it!!!
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1) As mentioned already I do believe in E.T. I don´t think we´ll discover it. They will discover us and maybe, just maybe they will contact us some day. If we haven´t bombed ourselves away that is!!!!
2) Well ... transmitting a beacon is okay. We should let "them" what awaits "them" if they should come.
3) I run SETI@home because one should believe in something in your life. I am quite sure that we will have sucess oneday (I hope I´ll live long enough!!!)
