Personal background
Hi everybody,
I'm a Systems Engineer for an ISP on the East Coast in
a small town called Salisbury in N.C.

Actually, I'm what you could call:
"Glorified Redneck TechSupport" I work with Computers all
day . . . Fix the ones that don't behave, and keep allot of
people happy because their network is up. That's very, very
IMPORTANT if you have Seti@home users!!!!

I'm running Seti on 5 computers right now ranging from
Macintosh, Linux, Windows 98-2000.

Favorite color . . Gray
Favorite Computer . . Macintosh . . Less hacking on a Mac!
set it and forget it..................

More about me, no more, I promise. Now go crunch some
Seti Data with Authentic Seti@home software!
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I've been running Seti@home since day one that the project
started. All my life, I've seen shows about Seti and
Astronomy and always dreamed that I could somehow be part
of it, but I knew better . . . I thought . . .

It was always just a big dream that I thought would never
happen. That Dream came true for me on May 14, 1999 when I
became a part of Seti@home project. That dream came true
for allot of people!

I'm not in an observatory looking down a big telescope, but
I feel like I am now. All you People at Seti have given
people like me a chance to participate in something really
BIG and I thank you! I wouldn't have had that opportunity
5 years ago.

I do believe there is life up there somewhere. Don't know
who they are or what they look like. My hope is that with
my help and the help of many other Seti@home users, we may
find out.
