Profile: Marcus Wietholz

Personal background
Hi, my name is Marcus Wietholz!

My favorite is all, what has to do with flying.
I am a member of a modellflying-group and are able to fly everything which has some wings and a motor ;)

You can visit our Website on: http\\\\www.bueckermuseum.de (but the site is only in german)

I would like to become a real pilot but unfortunately there is no one who want me to help with the Air-Traffic-Pilot-License. For me alone, it is to expensive :(

So, by the way, if you have an own airline and you are looking for an young new pilot, contact me please under my e-mail-account ;)
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
So, let us go to the important things!

1. I am sure we are not alone! Wy should we? And the last days we had some news in Germany concerning some extraterrestrial bacteries flying in the higher atmosphere. I think, that was our real beginning!

2. We should do so. We should transmit that we are a little bit dangerous and a little bit stupid. But on the whole, we are quite o.k.

3. I run SETI@home, because when i was young (about 10 years i think) i often heared a disk with a sience-fiction-story. This story was about the project S.E.T.I and very interesting for me. I imagined to fly with a starship to other planets and explore new worlds. That was fascinating to me for a few ours.

And now i found this Project by looking for a new screensaver. It remembered me to my childness (does thi word exist??? I really don not know). So if there is someone there outside, it is a great thing for me, to help this project to find him!

Sorry for my bad english, my "Flying-English" is a little bit better I think ;-)
