Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Quite simply, I started doing the Seti@Home not to find Aliens, but to boost Sciforums.com team turnover.

Although it's easy to model that there has to be other lifeforms out there... Somewhere, and quite possibly with the same level of technology or better.

I still mention that people working out universal models and blowing up "Virtual" representations of how the universe was catalysed, should add to their models a value for life, and that value should not just be our little spec of dust.

That value would have to contain the model for how much life exists within the universe other than our own, and the whole aspects of evolution for those lifeforms (Extinctions and Expansion included)
