Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. Yes. The types of life could be limitless. The places humans have found life on this planet shows that life can exist under extream conditions. The number of selestial bodies in space make it a mathmatical certainty that life does exist out there.

2. Why not? By the time we send a message and receive a reply we will not be alive to read it. We would like to know if life exist out there so I believe if there is life out there they would like to know also if life exist out there.

3. I have always been interested in space. I tried out to be an astronaute but did not meet the criteria. SETI@home alows me to do a little towards finding out whats out there.
