| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1A. Yes I think there is life outside of this planet, just look at how many diffent animals and insects we have on earth, I think that would be the same on other planets somewhere.
1B. When and how? I can't predict the future.
1C. Benifits whould be advanced technologies. Dangers would be if there were to be an extraterrestial pressence that was hostile or if we used a technology we may gain from them against ourselfs.
2. We should transmit a beacon for the same reason we're looking for a sign of life. Probably should just put in the basics of who we are and what kind of species we have on our planet.
3. I run SETI@home cause I would like to play a part in the finding of anything. |
