Personal background
I'm a typical silicon valley worker. I'm best described as part sysadmin, part network administrator, and part lower deity. I originally starting doing this as a contest between friends. However, since I was the one who knew how to install SETI as a service on all windows platforms, I soon had this running "everywherre". Next thing ya know... I'm at over 5,000 workunits.

I've recently come down with the RC racing bug. I get my buggy fix about twice a month at off-road RC events. The only downside to this habit is the quantity of mullets I'm exposed to at these racing events.

Well, that's all for now.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
SETI is really an alien conspiracy. Once enough computers are running SETI, the network will become self-aware (e.g. Terminator's SkyNet). At that time the aliens will use this infiltration to assist the take over of Earth. Beware!

And if you believe this, you must live in a trailer park. So, stop beating your wife and cut back on your tattoo allowance.
