Profile: Mark Enz

Personal background
I currently live just outside of the Pittsburgh PA. I was born during the Kennedy administration. I work babysitting mainframe computers. My hobbies include Stargazing, Genealogy, Hunting, Fishing and Prepping (Living through the Northridge Earthquake I realize how important prepping is to us all and just how thin the veil of civil society is these days.)
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Being a computer professional I know sharing my idle CPU time is no big deal and if it helps out SETI, then it's all good. I have no real views about the SETI project. I do believe that Drake's equation is holds merit. If there is ET life out there in abundance, what makes us believe they don't already know everything there is to know about us and planet Earth.
