Hi All,
I have upgraded to the latest version of SETI and my laptop has been churning away for a while, however I have lost internet access from SETI to upload reports and to download new tasks. I keep getting asked to click on advance, options, connection.

Why is this. I have never had to do this in the past?

So my laptop now cannot provide any useful work back to Seti.

How do I resolve this issue.

regards

Alan

just got a new laptop, with dual core and was surprised to see 2 tasks running. it looks like seti is intelligent enough to run a task per cpu.

excellent stuff

18) Message boards : Cafe SETI : boinc stats in signature (Message 648930)

Also remember, different projects create the xml file to export the stats at different times as well. Seti only does it once every 24 hours, I think its usually around 0000hrs PST. Some others generate their stats xml file a couple times a day.

Interesting as I don't think my stats sig has changed since I created it last week. Will have to look into this a bit further I think. I know my credit is that great as defined in my sig.
