Well, lady, you have 266 credits, which means that your computer has crunched about a dozen WUs already.

BOINC often displays messages like that:
10/29/2005 3:40:29 PM|SETI@home|Requesting 0 seconds of new work
This is normal. BOINC contacts the server for another purose (e.e. an upload) and at that time could request work, but it sees that there is enough work around, so it requests 0 secs.

The important part is that you see one or more WUs in the 'work' tab.
If you don't have work any more ant it won't download, then pos the messages from 'messages' tab in here. This will help us.

BTW: If you unhide your computers, we can normally better help you. Unhiding does not reveal IP address or computer name to other users - try with viewing my computers.

When I read the messages from my BOINC Manager, I keep getting one that says I haven't requested new work. But BOINC has been running constantly on my computer since I joined on OCTOBER 21. Why do I get this message? How do I request new work?
