On Windows machines I'm afraid this doesn't appear to be true. If I'm running a long compile but not otherwise touching the machine (i.e. no keyboard or mouse action) BOINC starts running tasks slowing my compile. Since my compiles run more than an hour I'd like to Snooze for more than an hour. My wishlist request would be for it to be setable in the ...override.xml

Sorry should have been more clear. From the BOINC manager icon in the task bar you have the option to "Snooze" that suspends processing for 1 hour. I'd like the ability to configure that so I could cause a 2 hour snooze so I can fire up a large compile and leave for lunch knowing that the compile won't have to compete with BOINC.

Is it possible to configure the duration of the "Snooze" I believe it currently is set to 1 hour. I'd like to change this with a perference, preferably per machine.
