21) Questions and Answers : Windows : setispy corrupting my wu (Message 189951) Posted 18 Nov 2005 by KA1J Post: Hi, I have been trying to run the new version of setispy/spy++ and it says to put it in the folder with state.sah When I do this and run it, it corrupts my wu. If I put spy++ in it or if I put the new setispy in C:\\Program Files\\BOINC\\slots\\0 (which is where state.sah is located) I get no information from setispy but it 100% of the time corrupts the work in progress with BOINC manager showing that wu was a corrupted computation. That wu is surrendered and the next one in line is started fresh. When I enter my user number it does not find me but instead shows text from html in all the areas that normally get filled in with data. It says I am unknown. Anyone know how to deal with this? Nothing like the old setispy... Thanks
