1) Questions and Answers : Wish list : Auomatic connection with modem (Message 11692) Posted 24 Jul 2004 by Axo Post: I'm running boinc on my pentium 4 2.66 Northwood with win xp home. I have selected the option to avoid automatic connection to internet, as I have dial-up connection and in my country daytime and nightime calls have different cost so I want to make the connection only by night. But the program, no matter what I do, try to connects every time it finish a WU. I have selected the option to ask before connect, but it seems to not work. If anyone can help me with this it will be great.
